Return Window

Customers in the United States can cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason.

Return Instructions

• Return Notification: To initiate a return, email our customer service at contact@fitgus.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Return Authorization: After evaluating your request, we will send detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
• Packaging and Shipping: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images. Attach the return label provided via email.

Return Costs

• For Defective Products: No cost to the customer (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective products).
• For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The actual cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Specific Return and Refund Conditions

• Returns Due to Change of Mind: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• Defective Goods: Immediately contact customer service for instructions. We cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
